PROCESS TIME

It takes 1-5 business days to process orders as our items are made to order.  

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is submitted it can not be cancelled. If you need a size or color change please email us at support@repbeyou.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer any refunds as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please check sizing charts to ensure that you are ordering the right size. Thank you for your understanding of our policy.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective due to our company error. If this is the case, we will exchange item for the same item and size that was previously purchased. If exchanges are granted due to other reasons you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING

After an order is processed we ship the order the same day or next day. Shipping in the United States generally takes 5-10 business days. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. 

International shipping generally takes 7-21 business days from the date of purchase.

NOTE: USPS has extended ship times due to COVID19. Sometimes items may arrive later than normal.
