PROCESS TIME?

It takes 1-5 business days to process orders as our items are made to order.  

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once an order is submitted it can not be cancelled. If you need a size or color change please email us at info@repbeyou.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. 

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We do not offer any refunds as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please check sizing charts to ensure that you are ordering the right size. Thank you for your understanding of our policy.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective due to our company error. If this is the case, we will exchange item for the same item and size that was previously purchased.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Shipping in the United States generally takes 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. 

International shipping generally takes 7-21 business days from the date of purchase. 

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES ON AN ORDER?

You can not combine discount codes. Only one discount code can be used during a purchase.
